A tropical, vitamin-packed smoothie that’s refreshing, creamy, and perfect for mornings or a mid-day energy boost.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ½ cup coconut water (or plain water)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Optional add-ins: 1 tbsp chia seeds, ground flax, or protein powder

Instructions:
